background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'EB Garamond';\">Thimphu TechPark Limited (TTPL) is Bhutan\u2019s first Information Technology (IT) Park, established as a strategic initiative by the Royal Government of Bhutan through the then Department of Information Technology and Telecom (presently Government Technology Agency) under the Ministry of Information and Communication. (DHI) with a 26% equity stake and Assetz Property Group holding 74% equity. This model facilitated the Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOOT) mechanism, marking a significant milestone in Bhutan\u2019s infrastructure development history.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 15pt; development,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'EB Garamond';\">Mobile and web-based application development,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'EB Garamond';\">Implementation and support of ERP solutions such as IntegraSuite ERP and SAP,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'EB Garamond';\">Data analytics and business intelligence services,
