Screening\/Short-listing and Selection Processes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Shortlisting will be carried out based on the knowledge, skills, competencies and experience for the position as set out in the Terms of Reference.<\/li>\n
  2. Academic\u00a0marks may be included in addition to competencies and experience for shortlisting, only if necessary.<\/li>\n
  3. Written exams for shortlisting will be carried out, only if necessary.<\/li>\n
  4. Five (maximum) candidates will be shortlisted for each vacant post for final in-person selection interview.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  5. Only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for in-person selection interview.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
