Also assess the adequacy of risk management practices with corrective actions to mitigate identified risks. Their primary function involves designing, coding, and implementing software solutions based on user requirements and technical specifications. This unit work closely with product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to translate business needs into technical solutions. QA designs and executes test cases, performs automated and manual testing, and evaluate software against predefined requirements and standards. QA professionals also collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement in the development process. QA function helps prevent defects, enhances user satisfaction, and ensures that the final product is robust, secure, and aligns with both customer expectations and business goals. QAU is headed by QA Lead.

Its primary function is to embed security practices within the DevOps process, combining development, operations, and security into a unified approach by automating security checks throughout the development pipeline, from code integration and testing to deployment. DevSecOps team will implement security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, and continuously monitor for threats, all while maintaining the speed and efficiency of DevOps practices. The UX will focus on understanding and enhancing the overall user journey to ensure that the software is intuitive, accessible, and meets the needs and expectations of users by conducting user research, creating user personas, and designing user flows and wireframes.
UI, on the other hand, focuses on the visual aspects of the applications to ensure that the software is visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines. Together, UX/UI Unit will create seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experiences that enhance satisfaction, usability, and overall effectiveness of the software. CX Lead will head this unit.
