Screening/Short-listing and Selection Processes:

1. Shortlisting will be carried out based on the knowledge, skills, competencies and experience for the position as set out in the Terms of Reference.
2. Academic marks may be included in addition to competencies and experience for shortlisting, only if necessary.
3. Written exams for shortlisting will be carried out, only if necessary.
4. Five (maximum) candidates will be shortlisted for each vacant post for final in-person selection interview. 
5. Only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for in-person selection interview.
