Screening/Short-listing and Selection Processes:

• 1. Shortlisting will be carried out based on the knowledge, skills, competencies and experience for the positions as set out in the Terms of Reference.

• 2. Academic marks may be included in addition to competencies  and experience for shortlisting, only if necessary.

• 3. Written exams for shortlisting will be carried out, only if necessary.

• 4. Five (maximum) candidates will be shortlisted for each vacant post for final in-person selection interview.

• 5. Only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for in-person selection interview.
