The Bhutan Startup Launchpad 2026 is a national initiative co-led by the Department of Employment and Entrepreneurship (DoEE), Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment (MoICE), and the Bhutan Innovation and Technology Centre (BITC), Thimphu TechPark Limited (TTPL), in collaboration with key entrepreneurial ecosystem partners.

Ready to turn your ideas into impactful ventures? Join us from March 18–20, 2026 at Startup Centre, Thimphu for a three-day immersive program designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with practical skills, mentorship, and real-world exposure to Bhutan’s startup ecosystem.

What You’ll Gain

• Hands-on startup training through expert-led workshops and one-on-one mentorship
• Support to develop your ideas into viable, technology-driven ventures
• Opportunities to network with industry experts, mentors, investors, and fellow innovators
• A chance to compete for pre-seed funding and six months of incubation at BITC

Who Can Apply? 

Aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators across Bhutan, including:

• Business and tech enthusiasts
• Graduating students (June 2026 cohort)
• Individuals who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET)

Additional requirements: 

• Team size (if participating in teams): 3–5 members (register individually)
• Commitment: Attend the full three-day program and, if selected, the six-month incubation (physical presence at BITC not required every day)
