Screening/Shortlisting and Selection Processes:
- Shortlisting will be carried out based on the knowledge, skills, competencies and experience for the position as set out in the Terms of Reference (ToR)
- Academic marks may be included in addition to competencies and experience for shortlisting, only if necessary.
- Five (maximum) candidates will be shortlisted for each vacant post for final in-person selection interview.
- Only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for in-person selection interview.
